Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated based on USPS or UPS postage rates. These rates are subject to change and are expected to increase next year (again).
Pre-made items:

Ships within 1-3 days of your purchase.
If you are in the US, please allow 2-7 days for delivery. If you are outside of the US, please allow 1-5 weeks for delivery. After your package has been handed over to the shipping handler within the 1-3 day time frame, I am not responsible for any shipment time changes/delays.

Made To Order Items:

Ships within 5-7 days of purchase.

Address Changes
Please direct message/comment on my posts on Instagram/Tiktok about any address changes within 30 minutes of purchase. After the label has been created, I can longer make any adjustments.

Lost Orders
If your tracking number shows that your order was lost during transit, I am not responsible.

Please make sure your address is correct.

International Custom Fees
I am not responsible for customs fees if there are any. Please be wary of import fees especially in Canada. I know that they can be very steep for high value orders, I do try to always value them less than what they were sold for since these are handmade items.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at checkout, no holds or payment plans.
Cancellations are not always permitted so please be sure you want to buy the product you are looking at.

I do not accept cancellations on custom orders due to the material & time that goes into making the product.

Returns and Exchanges

I will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any products once they arrive in your hands

Additional Policies

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Failure to follow terms of service can result in prohibition from future purchases.
I have the right to prohibit/blacklist anyone from my shop for rudeness, threats, frequent returning, fraudulent flags, chargebacks, etc.
I am not responsible for any injury while products are in use.
